At ISL, based in York, North Yorkshire, we operate a supported living project dedicated to empowering individuals with autism and asperges. Our service supports 6 people in self-contained apartments, enhanced by the latest assistive technology. We aim to support individuals to live as independently and confidently as possible.

What you'll do:
You will provide outcome-focused, person-centered support that promotes independence and maximises opportunities for the people we support. Your role will include:
Supporting with medication management
Teaching and encouraging life skills
Assisting with daily living tasks
Facilitating community access and engagement
Providing emotional support
Helping manage tenancies
Liaising with other healthcare professionals to ensure clients receive the best possible support
Who we're looking for:
We need full-time (37.5 hours) and part-time (23.5 hours) ready to work across day and night shifts, working around a 7-day rota. Full induction is provided.

All appointments are subject to an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.
