We are looking for an outstanding Parts Advisor who must be energetic, and enthusiastic with excellent communication and people skills. You will be responsible for providing our existing customer base with excellent customer service and delivering their daily product requirements via the Telephone. We have only 1 key goal, and that is to generate sales in every possible way to drive sustainable growth while providing our customers with world-class customer service.

What will the role be?



Proactively answering inbound/outbound calls and closing the sale promptly. Ensure correct parts are supplied to customers at the first point. Providing customers with tailored solutions to meet customer needs. Upsell a sale increasing the value of the sale where possible. Communicate our fantastic offers/promotions to our customer network. Working closely with drivers, warehouse, and dispatcher to make sure parts are delivered promptly. Ensure we offer high-quality customer service day in and day out. A great team player who represents our company and maintains our high standards. Providing solutions and resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner. A clear focus on meeting daily targets and maintaining low levels of returns. Organised with great attention to detail.

Skills And Experience:



An excellent team player with the ability to work independently with a desire to succeed. Motor Factor Sales Experience Ideally experience with MAM software (or similar) & OE cataloguing sites. High level of focus, attention to detail, energy and result driven. Passion to deliver world-class customer service. GCSE or equivalent (preferred). 1+ years of customer service experience preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Able to work well and deliver results under pressure. Target driven, driven by sales and prepared to deal with rejections.

Working Hours:



Monday to Friday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm 1 in 2 Saturdays: 9am - 4:00 pm
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 25,775.00-30,000.00 per year
