Summary

We are seeking a talented CAD Designer to join our dynamic team in the heart of the glazing industry. This role, based in Great Britain, is pivotal in creating detailed designs that contribute to our mission of excellence in glazing solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop detailed CAD designs for high-end glazing projects. Collaborate with project managers and architects to ensure design accuracy. Utilize software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp for design creation. Prepare schematics and technical drawings for installation teams. Conduct design reviews and implement feedback effectively. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Assist in project planning by providing accurate design timelines. Stay updated with the latest design technologies and trends.

Qualifications

Proficient in CAD software including AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp (mandatory).
Experience with NavisWorks is highly desirable. Familiarity with Civil 3D or MicroStation is a plus. Strong understanding of construction principles related to glazing projects. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
