Infrastructure & Server Automation Engineer - World Leader in Visual effects and Animation - \xc2\xa3700.00 per day - Inside IR35

Day Rate: \xc2\xa3600.00 - \xc2\xa3700.00 per day (Inside IR35)

Duration: 6 Months (possibility of extension)

Office Location: London (hybrid - 2/3 days per week in the office is required)

Identify Solutions are working with a world leader in the Visual effects and Animation industry, many of their clients are house hold names, helping top brands with advertising campaigns and blockbuster movies with animations.

As Infrastructure & Server Automation Engineer, you\'ll play a pivotal role in providing test strategies and automation estimates but also play a hands-on role in building and executing tests. This role may include several other responsibilities, the ideal engineer would have the following skills / experience:

• Experience with source control versioning tools and processes (Git / Stash).
• Validating application migrations to the Cloud (moving from On-Premise).
• Non-functional requirements validation expertise.
• Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Writing SQL queries for test data preparation and data validation.
• Advanced industry experience in an Agile development environment.
• Intermediate Java coding experience (Javascript would be a bonus).
• Automated testing tools, including Cucumber/Gherkin, Selenium Webdriver, NodeJS, & Java.
• API automation testing using JAVA Springboot2, RestAssured, GraphQL, or Postman.
• JMS-driven messaging protocols like AMQ, RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc.
• Service-oriented architecture.
• Knowledge of MS Entity Framework/Spring JDBC.
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools, preferably Jenkins/JenkinsX.
• Bachelor\'s degree in computer science or equivalent experience.

Due to the nature of the work this role will suit a hybrid working arrangement, you will be required to be on site in London 2/3 days per weeks (this may go up or down depending on project phases). Your contributions could lead to a prolonged engagement beyond the initial 6 months, depending on project milestones and strategic decisions.
