SINTEC UK is seeking skilled industrial electricians & mechanics to join our team on a construction site project. The role involves installation and maintenance of automation and conveyor systems within advanced logistics and fulfilment centres. You'll be working hands-on with cutting-edge material handling equipment in a fast-paced construction environment.

Location: DE21, Derby

Start date: 12 January 2026

Responsibilities

Assembly of mechanical equipment; installation of secondary equipment Assembly and installation of auxiliary systems Ability to make decisions and understand consequences Construction of cable routes, cable trays and metal constructions Mechanical installation of equipment. High-quality and timely execution per client requirements. Precisely follow Line Manager instructions; fill documentation/reports as applicable
Perform independent scopes in bigger areas: assembly & installation; alignment & levelling; auxiliary systems; mechanical adjustment & validation; inspection & testing; certification.

Requirements

Being able to perform following scopes independently in small areas on project: Pulling and connecting cable; Installation of cable trays; Termination of scope of works based on technical drawings; Termination of field devices and labelling. Minimum of 2 years of industrial mechanic / electrician experience, preferably in automation and conveyor systems installation Vali ECS / SPA / ECS certification is required A valid driver's license is a plus Knowledge of Baltic and Eastern European languages (Latvian, Ukrainian, Belarusian, Russian) is an advantage

Pay: 16.00-22.00 per hour
