We are a creative construction and manufacturing company and are responsible for delivering some of the most iconic projects in recent times. We are a multi-disciplined manufacturing facility spread over 12,000Sqm of estate with four manufacturing and storage facilities, engineering, fabrication, woodwork, finishing and a specialist manufacturing facility.

The Automation Technician will be responsible for manufacturing, testing, commissioning and operating stage machinery for creative performances in both temporary and permanent environments. This includes stage lifts, revolves, winches and conveyors.

The Automation Technician role is an exciting and varied opportunity to join an established team delivering some of the best and biggest events in the world.

Key Responsibilities:

Build, test and maintain Automation hardware. Follow day to day production plans to meet project deadlines. Be able to apply logical and methodical fault-finding techniques. Commission and operate Qmotion automation systems in the workshop, at client venues and in a live show environment. Work with the creative team within an automation environment to create live show events. Bring new and creative ideas to Automation. Competently operate Automation show control in a live show environment. Work with engineering and technical departments to ensure the safe and smooth day to day operations. Take ownership of projects from concept to client handover. Interpret schematic diagrams and adhere to manufacturing standards.
