we are looking for a claims handler to join our team at Fix Auto Atherstone , you will be the front face and first port of call to members of the public / policy holders and suppliers.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and accurately responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Assist customers with vehicle updates
- Process claims on the system from start to finish of repairs.
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with insurance providers and dealerships
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team member for resolution
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery
- Strive to meet or exceed performance metrics and goals
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
