We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented car detailer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning and restoring the exterior and interior of vehicles to an impeccable standard, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the professional image of Muffwash.

Location: Wilmslow and Mobile

Type: Full time - Mon to Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm

We offer services at our HQ in Wilmslow for our customers, and we offer a mobile service for dealerships all over the UK.

Key responsibilities:

Provide high-quality detailing services using our award winning Gtechniq products. Ensure every vehicle meets our rigorous standards for cleanliness and presentation. Work effectively both independently as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment. Maintain a reliable and efficient workflow in a fast-paced setting. Stay informed about new detailing techniques and products to consistently improve the quality of service provided.
Day to day responsibilities:

Thoroughly clean and maintain the interior and exterior of vehicles, including washing, machine polishing, and vacuuming. Use various cleaning and detailing tools, equipment, and chemicals safely and efficiently. Use appropriate techniques and products to remove dirt, stains, and residues to enhance vehicle appearance. Utilise premium products, such as Gtechniq, ensuring correct application for optimal results. Perform quality checks on completed work to ensure consistent standards and customer satisfaction. Report any damages or issues with the vehicles promptly to management. Follow all health and safety regulations diligently, maintaining a safe working environment for yourself and others. Properly store cleaning chemicals and equipment. Maintain accurate records of services performed and vehicle conditions. Provide excellent customer service.
What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in car detailing. Experience with machine polishing, ceramic coating, or paint correction. Knowledge of different vehicle surfaces and finishes. Reliability and a strong work ethic. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to use your own initiative. A passion for achieving high-quality results and taking pride in your work. An ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage your own workload. Physically fit and comfortable working on your feet for extended periods. Great teamwork skills and a positive attitude. A strong commitment to honesty and integrity. A friendly, polite, and enthusiastic approach, and to deliver a premium service to our customers. A full UK driving licence with no points and no convictions.
