We're looking for a

proactive, results-driven Business Development Representative

to join our small but ambitious team at

Matic Automotive

You'll work

directly with the Founder

, helping to grow our customer base and partner network across the UK. This isn't a corporate sales role -- it's a hands-on opportunity to help define how we scale.

What You'll Do

Generate new B2B leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and digital campaigns. Qualify and manage prospects from first contact to close. Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and tailor solutions. Maintain CRM records (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce). Prepare proposals and presentations that fit client goals. Build long-term relationships to drive renewals and referrals. Collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategy and messaging. Represent Matic Automotive at industry events and networking opportunities.

What You'll Bring

Proven experience in

B2B sales, lead generation, or business development

. Excellent

communication and relationship-building skills

. Confident and organised, able to handle multiple opportunities at once. Experience with

CRM tools

(HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.). Driven, adaptable, and thrives in a

startup environment

where priorities shift fast. Understanding of

sales best practices

and UK market awareness.
