Parts Administrator
to join our dynamic Aftersales team in Swindon.
In this role, you'll be responsible for processing parts and accessory orders, managing stock levels, coordinating dealer communications, and supporting budget reporting. You'll work closely with the Parts Manager to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service within our warehouse team.

Main Functions
Processing daily parts and accessory orders from within our dealer network
Providing data for the picking of orders, goods in and out records, preparation of dispatch notes, labels and manifests
Responding to and dealing with internal and external dealer communications by email, telephone and in person
Producing reports and statistics on daily, weekly and monthly basis as required by line manager
Providing analytical data and support for monthly budget management and reporting
Stock management including the receipt of goods, the relocation, reordering, and relocation of parts and accessories, and maintaining accurate inventories
Administration of parts/accessories returns including dealer liaison, authorisation and credit of such returns
Recording any damaged, missing or faulty products, preparing and submitting claims
Supporting and cooperating with all internal company departments, including developing and managing very good working relationships
Providing training and support for new colleague and temporary workers
Good understanding and ability to use internal IT systems
Liaising with IT support providers for maintenance and development
Complying with health and safety, and security procedures, including ensuring COSHH and LOLER regulations are adhered to at all times
Ad hoc duties as required - willingness to assist other team members during busy periods
Qualifications:
Essential:
Administration experience with strong excel and communication experience
Desirable:
Knowledge or experience of warehousing/logistics/distribution
Automotive parts/workshop/ experience
