As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various vehicles, ensuring that they operate safely and efficiently. Your expertise will contribute to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards within our workshop.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair automotive issues using schematics and technical manuals Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, brake inspections, and tyre rotations Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively for repairs and assembly Conduct equipment repairs on various vehicle components Assist in heavy lifting of automotive parts and equipment as required Maintain a clean and organised workspace to ensure safety and efficiency Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle needs

Skills

Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex systems Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment Experience in assembly tasks related to automotive components Ability to perform maintenance tasks on a variety of vehicles Knowledge of welding techniques is an advantage Excellent customer service skills to foster positive client relationships Capability to perform heavy lifting as needed for repairs and installations

Pay: 24,420.00-38,242.99 per year
