Perform site acceptance testing, produce commissioning documentation, and support client handover. Collaborate with design engineers to identify and resolve integration or configuration issues. Work with manufacturers' software (Crestron Toolbox, Q-SYS Designer, Biamp Tesira, AMX, Extron) for setup and troubleshooting. Provide technical support and training to end users and support teams as needed. Ensure systems comply with company QA standards and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience commissioning integrated AV systems as part of a systems integration company. Strong understanding of signal flow, AV networking, and control systems. Hands-on experience with DSPs (Q-SYS, Biamp Tesira), control systems (Crestron, AMX, Extron), and UC platforms (Teams, Zoom, Webex). Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (schematics, wiring, and network diagrams). Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills. Willingness to travel to client sites as required. Dante Level 3

Preferred Qualifications

AVIXA CTS or CTS-D/CTS-I certification. Crestron, Q-SYS, Biamp, or AMX manufacturer certifications. Networking fundamentals (CompTIA Network+ or equivalent). Experience commissioning Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, and Cisco Webex environments.

What We Offer
