This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Production Assistant in a busy and growing company. You will join our fully integrated, full-service event agency (Premier Events) and work alongside a skilled team of committed professionals.

Established in 2009, the company has grown rapidly; we now employ 50 people and have a turnover of circa 10m.

Our clients are global brands for whom we provide a wide range of services across the UK, Europe and North America.

The Role

As a Production Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting the planning and delivery of live events across the UK. This is a hands-on position that combines administrative precision with on-site involvement, offering exposure to all aspects of event production.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage equipment hire requests and liaise with suppliers. Coordinate logistics and supplier relationships within the production department. Assist with research for events of varying scales. Compile briefing documents and collate essential event information. Communicate effectively with the Production team and wider teams to ensure event requirements are met. Source and secure event-specific equipment and services. Review supplier documentation and manage onboarding processes. Raise purchase orders and maintain accurate records for production events. Carry out other event administration duties as directed by senior management. Provide on-site support during live events when required.

Candidate Skills & Experience:



Previous experience supporting small to medium-scale events. Strong interest in event operations and working with diverse suppliers and contractors. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, particularly when managing multiple projects. High standards of customer service and professionalism. Strong communication skills - written, verbal, and face-to-face. A proactive, hands-on attitude both during planning and on-site. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Flexibility to work weekends, early mornings, and late nights as required.
