Job Summary
The Business Specialist will be responsible for managing ACP (Accounts Payable), Avaloq, prod mgmt./extension/ release mgmt. The role involves overseeing and optimizing the accounts payable processes, administration of Avaloq systems, and managing product management, extensions, and release management activities. (1.)
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage and optimize accounts payable processes to ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors
2. Administer avaloq systems to support efficient banking processes and operations
3. Coordinate and execute product management tasks including planning, development, and marketing of products
4. Oversee extension and release management activities to ensure smooth deployment of enhancements and updates
Skill Requirements
1. Solid understanding of accounts payable processes and best practices
2. Proficiency in working with avaloq systems and banking operations
3. Experience in product management including planning, development, and got market strategies
4. Knowledge of extension and release management practices for software products
