Overview



Client Partners serve as a dedicated interface for a portfolio of clients and their structures managed or facilitated by Artex Capital Solutions (ACS), primarily responsible for stewarding and growing the client relationship. The role will be required to understand and anticipate client expectations, and for ensuring the right teams and capabilities are deployed to provide both advisory and ongoing servicing of structures.

This role will be instrumental in ensuring new clients have a smooth introduction to their initial portfolio setup, as well the continual management and expansion of client relationships over time. This role will work in close collaboration with the Client Servicing teams to ensure that ongoing account servicing is performed on time and to quality standards.



How you'll make an impact



Serve as the dedicated interface for multiple client relationships, summarized but not limited to the following: Proactively manage and expand the relationship over time, including investors, cedents and brokers. Provide clear communication of client needs and servicing requests to the Client Servicing teams. Support stewardship discussions and deliver on resulting action plans. Assist in the development of client new business plans or amendments in close consultation with the Sales, Advisory and Analytics teams. Provide ongoing guidance to the Client Servicing teams to ensure deliverables are aligned with client's evolving needs, requests and contractual agreements. Lead the management of engagement economics for the assigned book of business including identifying opportunities for growth in revenue and improvement in margin.



About you



5+ years of relevant post-qualifying experience in manging insurance client relationships - Insurance Linked Securities (ILS) experience is an advantage. Ability to work in a highly collaborative team environment with a strong client service orientation. Motivated individual who is deadline driven and committed to delivering excellence in client service. Excellent verbal, written, organizational skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels especially with executive-level clients. Knowledge of the insurance markets and regulatory environments in the jurisdictions in which our clients operate (Bermuda, Cayman, and the UK in particular), as well as experience with ILS structures. Experience of working within the ILS industry in an operational, collateral management or other capacity directly related to ILS transactions and Fund Services. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills to develop deep relationships with clients and colleagues.
