AWS Telephony Engineer - Fully Remote - \xc2\xa3400 - \xc2\xa3500pd - Outside IR35
JNC are working closely with a growing financial services organisation that are looking to recruit an AWS Telephony Engineer on a contract basis.
The AWS Telephony Engineer will join their growing team and help grow and support the clients Amazon Connect telecom infrastructure. This will include supporting their core infrastructure as well as existing implementations.
This is an exciting opportunity where you will help innovate and improve telecom operations for my client through the use of new tooling and processes.
Experience & Skills:
- Experience designing, configuring and implementing new projects on the Amazon Connect platform.
- Hands on AWS Services Implementation experience.
- Scripting skills and able to develop AWS environments
- Automation skills and ability to develop tools to streamline processes.
- Experience and fundamental understanding of ITSM and ITIL
- Ideally experience or knowledge of Legacy contact centers and IVR\'s with focus on improving business tooling.
