Creative Marketing is the newest practice in AXON, so we have the rare opportunity to build and shape the practice just the way we want to. We're looking for a likeminded Account Manager who is set up for the challenge and genuinely interested in the experience of building our practice and with the support of their team driving their client accounts and projects. Joining the Creative Marketing team at AXON will give team members at all levels opportunities they may not experience in your mainstream healthcare marketing agency - including opportunities to work with practices outside of creative marketing, working on Global/European accounts and internal responsibilities that help shape the direction of our practice. CM specific AM responsibilities/traits:





Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:


Understands the value and need for creativity and innovation in the work we develop for our clients, and seeks to promote its presence at every opportunity


Possess knowledge and experience in key marketing tactics, as well as a thorough understanding of creative and digital workflow processes Has sound understanding of the different creative skillsets and roles and is able to determine when they should be used within tactical projects Is able to build strong internal relationships with the wider client service and creative team, fostering the development of a positive team culture Has experience of and is comfortable with developing written briefs for tactical projects Is aware of the need for the practice to be profitable and proactively manages budgets and scope creep effectively Critically analyses the client ask and routinely seeks to add-value and a diverse perspective Actively listens to the client to help build a positive experience of working with AXON - proactively addresses their needs/queries and resolves issues in a timely manner with the support of their senior team Provides appropriate recommendations and solutions to potential challenges, regularly forward plans including for contingencies Shows willingness and initiative in developing their understanding of the brand strategy and disease area, calling upon their knowledge within review of materials and development of briefs Effectively mentors those more junior to them, ensures quality standards are upheld at all times Builds a sound understanding of the brand strategy and effectively translates with into tactical delivery Effectively mentors and trains those more junior to them, ensures quality standards are upheld at all times




At AXON, we actively encourage the team to be involved in activities outside of their day-to-day work. Whether that is being involved in our social, Diversity & Inclusion, or CSR electives, attending networking events, or running training sessions on topics in which they have a personal interest. We have a keen focus on training and development and, as a rough guide, suggest employees aim to complete 37.5 hours of learning a year through online learning, classroom training, or attending external events; that's 1 week a year dedicated to your development.


AM experience must have criteria:

an experienced client service Account Manager ( a minimum 6-months experience as AM).



Must be within an agency environment, focused on healthcare/pharma advertising with ~3years' experience.
