About the Role

We are seeking a talented and proactive

Azure DevOps Engineer

to support and enhance our cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, automation processes, and deployment operations. This role is open to candidates of all experience levels--from entry-level to senior engineers--with responsibilities and expectations tailored accordingly.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps. Build and maintain cloud infrastructure using Azure services (VMs, AKS, App Services, Storage, Networking, etc.). Automate deployment processes, environment provisioning, and configuration management. Maintain infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using tools such as ARM Templates, Terraform, or Bicep. Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability using Azure Monitor and related tools. Manage source control, branching strategies, and versioning (Git). Troubleshoot build, release, and deployment issues. Collaborate closely with development, QA, and cloud architecture teams. Ensure cloud security best practices, compliance, and policy-driven governance. Optimise cloud cost, performance, and scalability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong understanding of Azure cloud services and architecture. Experience with Azure DevOps pipelines (build, release). Good knowledge of Git and branching strategies. Hands-on experience with scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python preferred). Understanding of containerisation (Docker) and orchestration (AKS). Experience with CI/CD concepts and DevOps methodologies. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
