Chevron is currently seeking a motivated and experienced B2 Licensed Engineer to oversee avionics operations and ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance are met on all Boeing 737NG projects.

Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of avionics technicians, supporting detailed inspections in accordance with Boeing specifications.
Interpret technical drawings, manuals, schematics, and regulatory standards to ensure compliance.
Monitor task progress and analyse deviations between projected and actual hours.
Collaborate with planners, production leaders, and the Avionics SME to manage project timelines and solve technical challenges.
Identify and escalate discrepancies, contributing to root cause analysis and corrective action plans.
Conduct avionics testing, fault diagnosis, and validation during modifications and base maintenance.
Mentor junior team members and promote a culture of safety, precision, and operational excellence.
Requirements
Valid
CAA/EASA Part 66 B2 License
Boeing 737NG
type rating is essential
A minimum of
10 years' experience
in aircraft maintenance and avionics
Proven experience in
modification
and
inspection-heavy programmes
In-depth understanding of avionics systems, aviation standards, and regulatory procedures
Excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills
Proficient with MS Office and digital reporting tools
Eligible to live and work in the UK (subject to security vetting)
