We are a small, dynamic B2B conference business, hosting 25 unique events annually. Our mission is to deliver exceptional industry-specific conferences that provide valuable insights and networking opportunities for professionals.

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts across a range of events including our flagship. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years experience in marketing, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement tailored marketing strategies to promote our events, with a strong focus on quality lead generation and revenue growth. Oversee all marketing activities, including digital marketing, content creation, email campaigns, website and social media management. Manage community development efforts to drive attendee engagement and event registrations. Manage 1-2 members of the marketing team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful campaign execution. Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with business goals and event objectives. Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective use of resources.

Requirements

:

Bachelor's level education or equivalent 2-4 years of experience in a marketing/events environment. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies focused on lead generation and revenue growth. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms. Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
The role is 100% based in our office at Thorpe Park, Leeds. You may be expected to travel internationally for events.
