The Opportunity



As Events & Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for crafting and executing engaging, positive networking events.

This role combines marketing leadership with event coordination, working closely with venues, achieving event growth goals, and generating member engagement that drives long-term retention.

This is an opportunity to further establish Network My Club as the go-to place for networking for SME directors and decision makers, and being an integral part of our plans to expand our membership and event locations UK wide (and beyond).

Key Responsibilities



Event Management

Plan, coordinate, and deliver events calendar across our partnering stadium venues, including pre-event planning, logistics, and post-event reporting. Curating and delivering memorable event experiences, continually innovating to be at the forefront of the networking space. Managing relations with key event personnel at our partner venues, with frequent touch points to maximise relationships, add to event experience, and demonstrate value to them. Sourcing, managing, and delivering value to event sponsors. Curating and delivering flagship member only event experiences. Ensuring event growth and sales targets are achieved, with monthly event performance reporting. Travelling to, delivering, and hosting events.
Marketing

Oversee the marketing strategy and leading our Marketing Executive. Ensure marketing materials and event presentations uphold brand guidelines. Build relationships and liaise with club/venue partners to ensure event marketing requirements are fulfilled. Develop local collaborations and partnerships to reach other communities and broaden audiences. Monitor, analyse, and report on marketing performance, ticket sales trends, and adjust strategies and processes accordingly.

What We're Looking For From You



3+ years experience in events and marketing. Ability to lead sales-focused marketing campaigns and coordinate event operations. Highly organised with care and attention for the details - able to manage, plan, and deliver multiple events at different stages. Strong commercial acumen and data-driven approach. Creative flare with an eye for design and brand consistency. Digital marketing knowledge to grow events across LinkedIn, email marketing, and other platforms. A curiosity driven individual, with a hunger to learn and grow. A warm, friendly, people person - able to confidently establish rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
