Our next-gen payments and rewards app helps independent cafes, retailers, and service businesses to grow customer loyalty -- powered by AI, and designed with local discovery and customer retention at its core.

We're already live and growing fast and need another scrappy, smart and ambitious salesperson to join our team.

What You'll Be Doing



Prospecting and signing up independent venues like cafes, grocers, lunch spots and shops across London Owning the full sales cycle: outreach, pitching, closing, onboarding Out in the field most days -- walking the high street, meeting business owners face-to-face, and building real-world relationships. Managing a sales pipeline and hitting monthly targets. Feeding back what works (and what doesn't) to help us improve the product and playbook Being a critical part of a small but fast-moving, mission-led startup

Who You Are



1-5 years of experience in B2B sales and/or field sales Proven closer with examples of hitting or smashing sales targets Great communicator - confident pitching to small business owners Self-starter with hustle: you're happy knocking on doors, following up, and owning your patch Passion for local businesses, tech, or loyalty/rewards is a big plus Living in London or Greater London and available to visit venues in person daily.

Bonus If You Have



Experience selling to small businesses in field sales and knowledge of London neighbourhoods Previous experience at a startup or in a role where you had to build the process as you went
