The Role
We are seeking a proactive and creative B2B Marketing Executive to help attract top surgeons, and grow our brand presence.
This role is hands-on, spanning campaign delivery, surgeon profile building, event marketing, and video content creation. You will attend and support medical conferences, create engaging content with surgeons, and run campaigns that make our clinical team visible and credible across digital channels -- particularly LinkedIn.
It's an exciting opportunity for a marketer who enjoys both creative storytelling and operational delivery in a high-growth healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Delivery
Support the execution of surgeon recruitment campaigns (LinkedIn, email, PR, events).
Deliver Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives targeting consultants and healthcare organisations.
Develop employer branding content (presentations, brochures, microsites).
Content, Video & Surgeon Profiles
Create and manage individual LinkedIn profiles for surgeons, including drafting posts, sharing thought leadership, and growing their professional networks.
Produce surgeon-focused content: interviews, short-form videos, blogs, and case studies.
Coordinate and capture video content at clinics, hospitals, and conferences.
Edit short-form video clips for use on LinkedIn, social, and campaigns.
Events & Conferences
Attend medical conferences, recruitment fairs, and networking events.
Manage event logistics, delegate packs, and on-site branding.
Capture live content (video, photography, social updates).
Coordinate post-event follow-up with surgeon leads and partners.
Reporting & Insights
Track surgeon profile engagement on LinkedIn and report growth.
Monitor campaign performance (leads, engagement, conversions).
Provide weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
Track competitor surgeon/consultant marketing activity.
Skills & Experience
Essential:
1-3 years' experience in B2B marketing or content creation.
Strong copywriting skills, comfortable writing LinkedIn posts and professional profiles.
Experience creating and editing video content (basic editing tools such as Canva, Premiere Pro, or similar).
Organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
