About Ocean Bottle:

At Ocean Bottle, our vision is to restore the health of the ocean to a better state than we inherited it. We do this by bringing people together to fund plastic collection. We create award-winning reusable bottles and cups, with every product sold funding the collection of 1000 plastic bottles in weight - before they reach the ocean. To date, we've collected the equivalent of 1.7 billion plastic bottles from ocean-bound regions.

We believe that we don't need a handful of people doing sustainability perfectly, we need millions doing it imperfectly. Our products and solutions enable consumers and businesses to drive this change and support refill behaviour whilst funding plastic collection.

As a brand, we are change makers - we bring people together, we pioneer solutions and we connect others to the power of the ocean. Are you ready to join us on this mission?

What you'll be doing:

As we scale, we need smart, strategic marketers who can connect impact with performance. That's where you come in. We're looking for a commercially minded B2B Marketing Manager to help us build a scalable pipeline of high-quality leads and maximise the performance of our B2B channels - from corporate partnerships to wholesale.

You'll be responsible for driving our lead generation strategy and campaign execution, focusing on smart, measurable marketing activity that builds awareness, captures demand, and converts decision-makers. You'll use tools like HubSpot to create seamless journeys and track performance across the funnel, helping us drive meaningful partnerships and fund more plastic collection.

This is a pivotal role with both strategic oversight and hands-on delivery. You'll sit at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, and Growth, taking the charge on demand generation while supporting our broader trade marketing needs. From targeted email sequences and ABM campaigns to partner-facing toolkits and standout event presence, you'll help us show up in all the right places, with all the right assets.

The ideal candidate will bring strong B2B marketing experience and a deep understanding of how to turn strategy into leads, with bonus points for those who also know how to activate a partner network and deliver standout collateral that empowers sales.

Additionally, you will :

Own and deliver the B2B lead generation strategy, with a focus on quality, CPL, and ROI

Plan and manage integrated campaigns across email, content, events, paid, and partnerships to generate demand

Build, optimise and maintain HubSpot workflows, nurturing sequences, segmentation, lead scoring, and reporting dashboards

Develop and support account-based marketing (ABM) activity with Sales to engage and convert key strategic accounts

Create and manage sales enablement tools and B2B collateral - including pitch decks, product sheets, FAQs, and testimonials

Support trade marketing touchpoints - including co-branded POS, partner toolkits, and partner portal content

Deliver and support marketing around key events, trade shows, and expos, working closely with Sales to ensure quality lead capture and post-event nurture

Coordinate with Creative and Growth teams to brief compelling, conversion-focused content and campaigns

Monitor and report on marketing performance across channels, sharing learnings and optimising activity

Manage and track the B2B marketing budget, ensuring spend is aligned with impact and growth objectives

Partner with the Head of Marketing and Head of Sales to improve funnel conversion, lead quality, and awareness within our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs)
