About the Role:
We're seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior B2B Marketing Manager (B2B). You will be instrumental in developing, implementing, and optimising multi-channel demand generation programs that resonate with business audience, nurture relationships, and ultimately convert prospects into valuable customers. This role demands a deep understanding of B2B marketing principles, digital marketing best practices, a strong analytical mindset, and exceptional leadership and collaboration skills.
Internally, this role is titled Senior Demand & Digital Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive B2B demand generation strategies aligned with business objectives and sales targets.
Oversee and optimise all relevant digital marketing channels for B2B, for example SEO, paid social, B2B content marketing, and account-based marketing (ABM) programs.
Design and implement sophisticated lead nurturing campaigns.
Define, track, and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) specific to B2B demand generation, providing insightful reports on campaign performance and ROI.
Leverage marketing automation platforms to manage B2B campaigns, segment audiences, and automate workflows.
Collaborate closely with B2B Sales, Product Marketing, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging, precise targeting, and effective campaign execution for business audiences.
Conduct in-depth research on B2B industry trends, competitor strategies, and the needs of our target business customers to identify new demand generation opportunities.
Manage the B2B digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation for maximum lead generation and conversion impact.
Continuously test, measure, and optimise B2B marketing campaigns to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and overall ROI.
What We're Looking For:
Significant experience (5+ years) in B2B demand generation and digital marketing, with a demonstrable history of achieving measurable results in a business-to-business context.
In-depth understanding of B2B marketing channels and their strategic application in demand generation.
Strong analytical acumen with the ability to interpret B2B marketing data to drive informed decisions and optimise campaign performance.
Solid understanding of B2B SEO, content marketing strategies for business audiences, and social media engagement.
Experience in developing and executing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies is highly desirable.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with internal teams and potentially external business partners.
A strategic and analytical thinker with a strong focus on achieving tangible B2B demand generation outcomes.
Excellent project management skills, capable of managing complex B2B campaigns and multiple priorities.
Bachelor's degree or qualifications in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
* Experience in the Automotive sector is desirable but not essential.
