Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity to join CC33. Working on behalf of one of the UK's leading energy providers, you will be responsible for making outbound calls in our business to business team.

The role involves contacting small to medium sized businesses located around the UK with the objective of switching energy providers. You will be responsible for negotiating past gate keepers to speak to key decision makers within the business to arrange the transfer of providers, this can be done for both single and multi-site businesses. A high level of admin duties will also be required to accurately capture data and renewal dates, therefore leading to pipeline sales.

A background within B2B sales or energy sales is preferred but not essential. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to work within a fast-paced sales environment and deliver a top quality customer service experience whilst meeting challenging but achievable targets.

Salary & Bonus:



Basics annual salary is 25,396.80

We also offer a competitive uncapped commission scheme which means you can take home an OTE of 30k+ per annum.

Working hours:



You will be contracted at 40 hours per week, between the hours of 9am & 6pm, Monday to Friday

Location:



You will be based at our office located on Ecclesall Road, Sheffield (S11). Our office is a short walk from the city-centre with excellent transport links from surrounding areas.

A confident individual, sharp and assertive individual with the ability adapt communication styles to the customer

The ability to hold conversation will people of all ages and backgrounds and can easily build rapport with customers

Have and understand why a positive mindset is important

Outbound Telesales experience is preferred but not essential

Outbound B2B experience is preferred but not essential

Transferrable skills from previous employment (retail, hospitality, contact centre)

You must be able to deliver a top quality customer service and ensure the best outcome for the customer

The ability to handle rejection and remain resilient throughout the day
