We're looking for an Outbound Telesales Executive to help us generate new business and build strong relationships with clients across sectors like offices, retail, hospitality, and healthcare.
What You'll Do:
Make outbound calls to potential business clients Promote our high-quality commercial cleaning services Book appointments for site visits and quotes Follow up on leads and close deals Keep accurate records in our CRM Hit and exceed sales targets
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in outbound telesales or B2B sales Excellent communication and persuasion skills Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven Comfortable making high call volumes Basic IT and CRM knowledge
Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience in cleaning or facilities services Knowledge of the local market (Northamptonshire and surrounding areas)
