The Role: Lead Generation & Career Progression
This is a phone-based B2B lead generation position that offers a clear, fast-track route into a Sales Broker role. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, identifying opportunities and securing qualified appointments for our senior brokers.
This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone and eager to build a career in B2B sales. Successful performance will lead to progression into a Sales Broker role where you will manage your own client portfolio and close deals.
Requirements
Make outbound calls to business prospects.
Qualify decision-makers and gather key information on their utilities needs.
Identify opportunities and hand over qualified leads for follow-up.
Maintain accurate notes and updates on the CRM system.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead targets.
Develop knowledge across all utility sectors (Energy, Telecoms, Payments, Waste, Water).
What We're Looking For
Confident and professional phone manner.
Motivated, target-driven, and eager to progress.
Resilient, proactive, and comfortable with high call volumes.
Ambition to develop into a Sales Broker role.
Previous customer service, telesales, or call centre experience is a bonus, but
full training is provided
