Job Overview
We are seeking a driven and client-focused B2B Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for converting opportunities into signed contracts, managing the sales pipeline, and driving revenue growth across Europe, Africa, and Asia. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to tailor SHG's services to meet diverse client needs.
Duties
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Engage directly with prospective clients sourced through business development efforts, referrals, and personal outreach.
Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close contracts for SHG's consultancy services.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for repeat business.
Collaborate with the Business Development Manager and consultants to align sales activities with SHG's strategic objectives.
Conduct client presentations and demonstrations of SHG's research and consultancy offerings.
Track sales metrics and pipeline progression using SHG's CRM template.
Provide regular updates on sales performance and forecasts to senior management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, International Trade, or related field OR demonstrated experience in B2B sales, account management, or client acquisition.
Proven ability to close contracts and manage client relationships in international or multicultural contexts.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English; additional languages (e.g.: French, Arabic, Portuguese, Russian, Mandarin, or regional languages) are highly valued.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced consultancy environment.
