We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in energy or renewables, however full training will be given. This role requires excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients and provide exceptional customer service. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for delivering technical solutions, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our projects.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients to understand their technical needs and provide tailored solutions.
Conduct presentations and demonstrations of products and services to clients.
Offer ongoing support and training to clients, ensuring they are fully equipped to utilise our solutions effectively.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions, project progress, and technical specifications.
Utilise Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, for reporting and analysis.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to provide informed recommendations.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a technical consulting role or similar position within the renewables sector.
Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating a commitment to client satisfaction.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure is highly desirable.
Exceptional organisational skills with effective time management abilities.
