The B2B Retail Sales Team Coordinator will provide dedicated support to the B2B retail team in all aspects of sales coordination, administration, and customer service.



This role will play a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the B2B retail function, enabling the team to achieve its ambitious sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences

B2B Retail Sales Team Coordinator

to join our dynamic Enterprises Directorate, specifically within our Retail Section. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our B2B retail function, helping us achieve ambitious sales targets and deliver outstanding customer experiences.



You'll have the option to be based in

Peterborough, London, or work in a hybrid model

. You'll report directly to the B2B Retail Sales Lead.


What You'll Do:





As a B2B Retail Sales Team Coordinator, you'll be the backbone of our B2B retail team, providing essential support across sales coordination, administration, and customer service. Your key responsibilities will include:


Sales Support:

Efficiently process and manage all sales orders, from accurate processing to timely fulfillment and delivery. You'll also prepare and maintain vital sales and customs documentation, including quotations, declarations, and contracts, and coordinate seamlessly with internal departments like finance and logistics.

Customer Service:

Be the primary point of contact for B2B customer inquiries, offering prompt and professional support via phone, email, and other channels. You'll effectively resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases when necessary, and maintain accurate customer records within our CRM systems.

Team Administration:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the B2B retail team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements. You'll also assist with preparing sales reports, presentations, and other documents, and manage office supplies and marketing material inventory.

Sales Development:

Contribute to our growth by supporting the team in identifying and qualifying new business leads, conducting market research, and gathering competitor intelligence. You'll also play a role in planning and executing sales events, conferences, and other marketing initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed in this role:




Substantial experience

in a sales coordination or administrative support role.

Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

(Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with

CRM software

. The ability to

work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Strong attention to detail

and the ability to

multitask effectively.
