Role overview
We're looking for a B2C Account Manager with a passion for social media to join our collaborative team based on Great Portland Street. Reporting to a Senior Account Manager, you'll use your experience managing clients in the FMCG and retail sectors to build relationships, deliver impactful projects, and drive results for our clients.
We operate a flexible hybrid remote model, with the option to work from both our London office (near Oxford Circus), two days per week and three days from home.
As a B2C Account Manager at Cubaka, you will:
Act as the main point of contact for clients, building strong relationships, understanding their goals, and ensuring a high standard of service through regular communication and support.
Manage the end-to-end delivery of social media projects and retainers, including social creative (always-on and campaign production), paid media activations, and influencer marketing. Collaborate with colleagues across the business to deliver work on time, within budget, and to client expectations.
Oversee budgets, contribute to account planning, and identify opportunities to add value for clients. Develop scopes of work and support revenue growth within your portfolio.
Proactively manage projects and work closely with the wider team to find effective solutions.
Stay up to date on social and digital marketing trends, with a strong understanding of best practices and the ability to share insights on the latest campaigns.
Work with creators and influencers on behalf of your clients.
You will bring:
3+ years' experience in a client-facing agency role, delivering digital and social media campaigns.
Client servicing skills, including managing expectations, keeping stakeholders informed, and building relationships.
Experience managing timelines, estimates, budgets, forecasts, and invoices.
Knowledge of digital marketing and social media, with an interest in staying ahead of the latest trends.
