Responsibilities
You will be learning all aspects of office administration:
oWorking predominately in the customer care team,
oLearning and gaining knowledge of the kitchen industry.
oLearning after care sales on the contract division.
oWill be working on various CRM systems.
oWorking in various areas of the business, 3 different sites, so lots of variety taking calls on reception on occasions,
o Supporting in the sales and accounts department.
oLots of work on email and phone with external customers who have bought kitchens from property developers.
oMany properties are high end market so excellent product knowledge will be developed

English and Maths grade 9-4/A*-C
