About the Role:

We're looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Baby & Pre-School Swimming Instructor to join our team and deliver fun, engaging, and confidence-building swimming lessons for our youngest swimmers. Our classes run in small groups of up to three children, with a parent or guardian accompanying each child in the pool.

Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality, engaging swimming lessons for babies and pre-school children (4 months - 4 years). Create a safe, supportive, and fun learning environment for both children and parents. Build strong relationships with families and encourage each child's progress at their own pace. Follow structured lesson plans while adapting activities to meet individual needs. Ensure all health, safety, and safeguarding standards are maintained at all times.
Requirements:

A recognised Baby & Pre-School Swimming Teaching Qualification (e.g. STA or Swim England). Previous experience teaching baby and pre-school swimming lessons. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A friendly, patient, and enthusiastic personality. Ability to engage and inspire confidence in both children and parents.

Pay: 18.00-20.00 per hour
