Godolphins - Monday 9.30am-12.00pm & at Farleigh Andover - Thursday 12.15pm - 13.15pm

We teach over 2,000 swimmers every week across our pools located in Hampshire, Dorset, Wiltshire and Oxfordshire, supported by a team of over 100 friendly, passionate instructors. , you'll deliver high-quality lessons to children and adults, helping every swimmer feel confident, safe, and supported

What We're Looking For

Baby & Preschool Qualification ASA Level 2 / STA Award and Certificate Swimming Instructor Qualification (or international equivalent) ( Bonus) Confident communication skills and a professional, friendly approach Strong swimming ability and up-to-date knowledge of teaching techniques A lifesaving qualification (preferred, but training can be provided) Passion for working with small groups of children and helping them progress

Key Responsibilities

Deliver safe, fun, and progressive swimming lessons, from beginners to competitive levels Create engaging, structured classes following the Swim England framework Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring each swimmer and family feels welcome and supported Monitor and record swimmer attendance and weekly progress using Soakly Act as a positive ambassador for World of Swimming, upholding our values and teaching standards

What We Offer:

Competitive pay:

15 per hour + 5.6 weeks of holiday pay

for STA Award Teachers and Swim England Level 1 qualified teachers or

21 per hour + 5.6 weeks holiday pay
