who are passionate about supporting babies and young children as they take their first steps in the water.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver safe, fun, and developmentally appropriate swimming lessons for babies and preschoolers Create a warm, positive learning environment that supports early water confidence and bonding Adapt lessons to meet the emotional and physical needs of young children Support parents/carers in their role during the sessions Maintain accurate attendance and progress records Ensure a high standard of safety and care at all times
Essential Criteria (one or more of the following):

Level 2 Baby and Preschool Teaching Qualification

(STA or Swim England/ASA) STA Level 2 Award/Certificate in Teaching Swimming ASA/Swim England Level 2 in Teaching Swimming
Ideal Candidate:

Has a warm, patient, and child-led teaching style Possesses strong knowledge of early childhood development in aquatic settings Communicates clearly and positively with both children and adults Can adapt sessions for varying needs and abilities Must be able to pass a background check
