We're looking for a warm and experienced
Room Leader
to join our team and help shape a caring, high-quality environment for young children. This post is for 2 full days a week (07:30 - 18:00)
The Role
Lead the daily running of your nursery room
Create a stimulating, child-focused space following the EYFS
Support your team through guidance and example
Build strong relationships with children and families
Carry out observations, assessments, and progress tracking
Requirements
Level 3 childcare qualification (essential)
Good knowledge of EYFS, child development, and safeguarding
Confident, kind communicator and team player
