Job Description

Due to the childcare expansion of 30 hours and an exciting new intake of babies this academic year, we're looking for a motivated, imaginative, and experienced Early Years Practitioner to join our Under Two Team.

About the Role

Our baby room is a truly special place where:

Songs, stories, and rhymes are part of everyday magic (off-key singing encouraged!) Messy play, both indoors and out, is how memories are made Children are encouraged to explore, imagine, and create unforgettable early learning experiences
You'll be responsible for planning and delivering exciting, inspiring, and engaging activities that support the development of our youngest learners. At Serendipity, we believe in building strong, lasting relationships with children that help shape their future.

What We're Looking For

Minimum Level 3 qualification in a relevant Early Years subject Ideally hold a Degree, QTS, or EYT status Must pass enhanced DBS and reference checks Energetic, enthusiastic, and nurturing personality Strong team player with a desire to make a difference in early education

Graduates can complete their Early Years Teacher (EYT) qualification, fully funded
