We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Baby Room Practitioner to join our famil at Ivy House Nursery Thames Ditton.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for our youngest children. This role requires a strong understanding of child development, excellent communication skills and the ability to give the best cuddles when needed. The Baby Room Practitioner will play a vital role in supporting children's growth and development while fostering positive relationships with families and colleagues.
Responsibilities
Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children in the baby room at all times.
Foster a warm, caring environment that encourages children's independence and curiosity.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress, needs, and daily routines.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Assist with daily operational tasks such as organising resources, maintaining cleanliness, and preparing learning materials.
You MUST have a minimum Level 3 childcare qualification to apply for this role and a genuine love for children. We are a homely, nurturing setting, with a close knit team and we are looking for special people to join us in providing a safe, warm and happy environment for our families.
