Key Responsibilities

In conjunction with the Kitchen team, oversee all work carried out by the Goods Receiving team and the Stewarding Ensure daily/weekly procedures, including temperature checks, food labelling/dating checks and storage checks are carried out and that records are kept up to date Checks all deliveries against the delivery notes/invoices, ensuring that appropriate delivery paperwork is completed and submitted Ensure a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness is maintained throughout the back of house areas/kitchen at all times through thorough cleaning routines and ongoing diligence during each shift Carry out regular stock count and deliver audits, liaising with other department where necessary

Proven leadership experience in similar role within hospitality Strong organisational skills, with experience managing large and diverse teams Approachable, hands-on, and passionate about guest experience and team development Drive to go above and beyond and finding ways to continually improve service.
