Kitchen Back of House Supervisor/Kitchen Porter.
You will ideally have at least 6 months experience in a similar environment, have an outgoing personality and enjoy working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Reporting to the Chefs team, you will ensure that all equipment, crockery, cutlery and are washed and stored correctly ready for Kitchen and Floor teams to use.
The ideal candidate will be fully flexible as shifts will include evenings and weekends & seasonal holidays This is a full time position. We also have part-time post availibility.
The Role will involve:
Ensuring all items of crockery, cutlery are washed properly, dried and stored correctly.
Carrying out cleaning duties as outlined on standard procedures
Maintaining the cleanliness of refuse area and ensure kitchen bins regularly emptied & washed
To be aware of hazardous substances and to ensure that relative protective clothing is worn and directions followed correctly.
During slower periods you maybe needed to assist kitchen team with some basic catering duties which training & guidance will be given in advance
