Join Our Team at Eurotunnel Le Shuttle - Flexiplus Lounge

We are looking for a

dedicated and adaptable Back of House Team Member

to support operations in both the kitchen and warehouse areas of our exclusive Flexiplus Lounge during our upcoming busy period.

As a Back of House Team Member, you will work across two key operational areas: the kitchen and the warehouse. You'll ensure our food and beverage offering is consistently well-presented and replenished, while also managing stock and deliveries to maintain seamless lounge operations.

In this versatile role, you will play a key part in maintaining the smooth running of our premium guest experience, working behind the scenes to uphold the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and efficiency

Key Responsibilities:

Kitchen Support:

Assist with the preparation and presentation of our complimentary food and beverage offering (no cooking required) Replenish food displays and ensure items are consistently presentable Maintain a clean and organised kitchen and back-of-house area, including washing up, and general tidying and cleaning Follow food safety and hygiene protocols in line with health and safety standards

Warehouse & Stock Management:

Receive and check deliveries from suppliers, ensuring accuracy and quality Transport stock onsite between the warehouse and lounge, ensuring timely replenishment of supplies Organise and rotate stock to maintain freshness and ensure all items are within date Assist with inventory checks and ensure storage areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained and organised

The Ideal Candidate Wil Be:

Comfortable with manual handling and heavy lifting (supported by a colleague or driver)

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation

Flexible and proactive approach to supporting various tasks as needed

Reliable and hardworking individuals with a positive attitude Adaptable team players who take pride in supporting a premium hospitality experience
Previous experience in a kitchen, warehouse, or hospitality support role is desirable but not essential - full training will be provided
