Part Time Front Of House & Market Team Member

Musselburgh, SCT, GB, United Kingdom

Job Description

Company Overview:

Over the last seven years, Company Bakery has evolved from a humble setup with one full-time baker and a part-time delivery driver to a dynamic team of over 60 employees. We now deliver bread and pastries to over 150 businesses and 300 residences weekly in Edinburgh and Glasgow. As a cornerstone of the Edinburgh food scene, we are excited to expand our offerings through our on-site cafe and external markets. Our cafe features large windows into the production space, showcasing our bakers at work. You'll help create an environment where customers can appreciate the skill and passion that goes into every product, from ingredients to production.

At our core, we're a group of honest people committed to making a positive difference--all while baking exceptional bread and pastries.

We've taken meaningful steps towards our sustainability goals, including operating an electric fleet of vans and partnering with ZeroWaste Scotland to further reduce our environmental impact. In addition to our environmental efforts, we're proud to introduce a new wellbeing package for our team. This includes opportunities for career development, private healthcare, in-house workshops and classes, and a special celebration package for your birthday.
