Your Mission

Your goal is to skyrocket our organic authority. You will own the full link-acquisition lifecycle--from technical audits to building powerful industry relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Backlink Auditing:

Proactively monitor our profile using Ahrefs/Semrush to maintain a clean, high-performance link ecosystem.

Competitor Intel:

Reverse-engineer competitor strategies to uncover and seize untapped opportunities.

Creative Outreach:

Pitch our premium content to top-tier bloggers and journalists to secure "earned" mentions.

Digital PR:

Collaborate with the marketing team to craft "linkable assets" that the industry can't help but share.

Growth Tracking:

Monitor and report on how your link-building wins drive keyword rankings and revenue.

What You Bring

Proven Expertise:

1+ years of dedicated experience in off-page SEO and link building.

Tool Mastery:

Expert-level command of Ahrefs, Majestic, or Semrush.

Communication Skills:

You are a persuasive writer and a natural negotiator who loves building bridges.

Integrity:

A deep commitment to "White Hat" techniques and a solid understanding of Google's Spam Policies.

Salary Progression & Incentives

Your salary is structured to grow alongside your experience within the company:

Starting Salary:

28,350 (0-3 months)

Month 3 Increase:

29,925

Month 6 Increase:

31,500

Monthly Bonus:

In addition to your base pay, you will participate in a team-based bonus scheme. When monthly production targets are met, a percentage-based bonus is applied to your salary.
