is looking to recruit an experienced and motivated

Flexographic Printer

to join our high-performing production team.

Role Overview

We are seeking dedicated Machine Operators to join our dynamic Finishing Team. In this role, you will operate and maintain bagging machinery, ensuring efficient production of high-quality flexible packaging products. While prior manufacturing experience is advantageous, comprehensive training will be provided to successful candidates.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor bagging machinery to meet specified production standards. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal machine performance. Maintain high efficiency through punctuality and effective time management. Safely handle materials throughout the manufacturing process. Accurately record production output and machine performance data. Collaborate with team members to enhance processes and product quality.

Candidate Profile

Experience in a manufacturing environment is desirable. Strong commitment to health and safety protocols. Ability to work effectively towards specified Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Alignment with ProAmpac's core values: Integrity, Intensity, Innovation, Impact, and Involvement. Team-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary:

25,094.00-30,030.00 per year, depending on experience.

Additional Pay:

Overtime at time and a half.

Bonus Scheme:

Quarterly performance-based bonuses.

Work Schedule

Shift Pattern:

Continental shifts (2 days, 2 nights, 4 days off, 7:00 AM-7:00 PM / 7:00 PM-7:00 AM).

Weekend Availability:

Candidates must be able to reliably commute to or plan to relocate to Lincoln LN2 3QF before starting work.
