Bagging Machine Operator - Finishing Team, Permanent

We're currently seeking motivated individuals to join our Finishing Department as Bagging Machine Operator at our Lincoln site. Whether you're experienced in manufacturing or looking to start a new career, we offer full training and a supportive environment where you can thrive.

This is a hands-on production role with responsibility for operating advanced machinery, maintaining high standards of safety and quality, and contributing to a collaborative team culture.

You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality products to our customers, supporting continuous improvement and ensuring production targets are met safely and efficiently.

Shift Pattern:

Continental Shifts (2 days, 2 nights, 4 days off)

Hours:

7:00 AM-7:00 PM / 7:00 PM-7:00 AM

Weekend Availability:

Required
