We are looking for an experienced baker to join our bakery team at The Hawarden Estate Farm Shop. Are you passionate about baking cakes, pastries and making bread? Then this could be the perfect role for you.

We have several other businesses such as The Glynne Arms, The Good Life Society and Hawarden Castle Pavilion and, as a team player; you will work both regular hours and seasonal events in all locations.

An eye for detail and willingness to learn are critical as we constantly strive for perfection.

Duties

Prepare and bake a wide range of products including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies. Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in taste and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen workspace in compliance with food safety regulations. Monitor inventory levels of baking ingredients and supplies, placing orders as necessary. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely production and delivery of baked goods. Experiment with new recipes and techniques to enhance the menu offerings. Conduct regular quality checks on all baked items to ensure freshness and quality.

Pay: From 12.85 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
