We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team in the role of a BAker and Barista all rounder. Duties



Assist in the preparation and cooking of a variety of brunch and bakery products, ensuring consistency and quality. Follow recipes and food safety guidelines meticulously to maintain hygiene standards. Create new bakery and brunch products Support the baking process, including mixing, shaping, and decorating baked goods. Demonstrate barista skills and coffee knowledge. Organise ingredients and supplies efficiently to facilitate smooth kitchen operations. Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment throughout shifts. Assist with plating and presentation of dishes to meet company standards. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of food orders during busy periods. Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times, including proper handling of raw ingredients and cleaning procedures.

Qualifications



Previous experience in food production or preparation is desirable but not essential; training will be provided. Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures is advantageous. Experience working in a restaurant or catering environment is preferred. Basic cooking skills with an understanding of culinary techniques. Familiarity with baking processes is a plus. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Good organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a team. A genuine interest in food preparation and culinary arts.
