Role Description

We are currently looking for a qualified artisan baker to join our London production facility on the night shift.
The role involves producing premium gluten-free breads and ensuring a high level of quality throughout the entire production process.

Main Duties

Bake a range of gluten-free sourdough breads, baguettes, and signature loaves Manage all bread-making steps: mixing, shaping, proofing, and baking Uphold consistency, precision, and product standards Work in coordination with pastry and viennoiserie teams Ensure cleanliness and adherence to food safety guidelines

Required Skills & Experience

Confirmed experience as a baker, ideally with artisan and sourdough methods Strong knowledge of fermentation and bread production techniques Capacity to work effectively and independently during nighttime hours High attention to detail and commitment to quality Collaborative attitude and willingness to grow in a creative environment Night shift availability is essential
