Duties

Prepare ingredients and assist in the assembly of dishes according to recipes and standards bake a variety of deserts, including tiramisus, ensuring consistency and quality in presentation and taste Support the baking process, including mixing, shaping, and baking baked goods Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including washing utensils, equipment, and work surfaces Follow food safety regulations diligently to prevent contamination and ensure hygiene standards are met Assist with inventory management by organising stock levels and notifying supervisors of shortages Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods Adhere to all health and safety policies within the kitchen environment

Experience

Prior experience in food production, food preparation, or cooking within a professional setting is highly desirable Knowledge of culinary techniques, including baking and general food safety practices Experience working in a restaurant or similar hospitality environment is advantageous Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools used in food preparation and cooking A genuine passion for culinary arts and eagerness to expand your skills in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

Pay: 7.85-12.21 per hour
